Description
Summary:In medical criminal law, there are often normative settings that deviate from the models of general criminal law norms: The central question therefore arises as to when this deviation can be understood as a "motor of innovation" for general criminal law and when it "unprincipledly" violates its well-founded framework. The Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law in Göttingen began its 15th colloquium with this fundamental topic, relating to the interactions between medical criminal law and general criminal law doctrines, and thus a small anniversary.
