His research interests include sense of calling in the workplace, dark leadership, and power in organizations. Part 2 explores successful biblical leadership and followership from a qualitative, phenomenological lens, analyzing the experiences of Abraham, Paul, and Samson. Part 3 presents both positive and negative portrayals of biblical leadership, demonstrating how both types can lead to social justice outcomes.
