To the public in general, and to those that are afflicted in particular I here have Orders to make known, that Mr. Lelley, well known for curing the rheumatism above sixty years with the greatest Success, never known to fail of giving Ease in a few Minutes, has been so kind as to give the receipt unto Mr. James Cook, at Ewell, Surry, who is now come to this town. No one need to fear of Relief (by the Blessing of God) if they apply in Time. Mrs. Cook intends to bathe her Sex, if thought fit, and Mr. Cook the Gentlemen. The Rheumatism cured in its worst Stages, from Ten to Twenty or Thirty; no Cure no Pay, by their humble Servant, James Cook, Ewell, and now come to this Town
