Charles W. Thwaites
Charles W. Thwaites (March 21, 1904 – November 21, 2002) was an American painter. He painted murals for the Section of Painting and Sculpture in Wisconsin in the 1930s, and he later became an oil and watercolor painter in New Mexico. Provided by Wikipedia- 1
